At the General Quarter sessions of the peace
of our Lord the King, holden at the Guildhall ,
in and for the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter
of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westminster in
the County of Middlesex , and St. Martin Le Grand
London, on thursday the 18th. day of October 1798
The Certificate of Alexander Fenwick< no role > Governor of
Tothill Fields Bridewell in Purcuance of the
Stedude in this case made and Provided Respecting
the said Bridewell


22 [mark] 23 C 2d. C 20 enacts That
Felons and Debtors Should be kept Seperate under
penalties upon Sheriff a Gavler
Complied with

24 G..2d. C 40 enacts That.


1 No Gacler shall, sell, lend, use, give away or
suffer Spritnous Liquor within any Gaol under a
penalty
Complied with


2 Copy of the Clause last mentioned as also two other
Clause respecting the same, shall be hury up in
the Gaol under a penalty

32 G 2d. C 28 enacts That


The Clark of the Peace shall cause a list of the
Fees payable by Debtors, and the rules and Orders
for the Goverment of Goals, and Prisoner to be Hury
up in the Court where the Assizer or Sessions shall
be held, and send another Copy to the Gaol and
the Gaoler shall cause the same to be hung up
in a Conspicuous Place in the said Gaol
No Fees Taken for Debtors

13. G 3d. C 58. enacts That

Clergymen may be provided to Officite in GoalsComplied with
14 G 3d. C 20. enacts that


Persons acquited or Discharged upon pro-
-clamation for want of prosecutions shall be
Discharged immediately in open Court and
without offers
