against
William Harrison< no role > Sarah Harrison< no role >
and Ann Holdings< no role >
For a Riot
and Assault

Phoebe Delmonte< no role > (wife of George Delmonte< no role > of Duke Street
Westminster in the County of Middlesex Gentleman ) the above
named Prosecutrix Maketh Oath and saith that a Bill of
Indictement was preferred at the alst sessions of the Peace held
for the City of Westminster in June last by this Deponent
against the above named Defendants for a Riot and Assault
and which Bill was found to be a time one by the Grand Jury
And this Deponent further saith that she has since procured
Warrants against the said Defendants ont he said Indictment
for the purpose of Endeavouring to have them Severally Apprehended
to give Bail to appear to and take their Trial for the said Indictment
but that notwithstanding the Exertions this Deponent has used
and the Endeavours of the Constable to whom such warrants was
Directed to take them this Deponent has only been able to
apprehend the above named William Harrison< no role > who has given
Bail before a Magistrate and has given notice of Trial to this
Deponent to Try his Traverse on the said Indictment this Sessions
and this Deponent further saith that she verily believes the other
Defendant sarah Harrison< no role > (who is sister to the Defendant
William Harrison< no role > ) and the said Ann Hollings< no role > who is also an
acquaintance of the other Defendants are secreted or otherwise
Kept out of the way by the said Defendant William Harrison< no role >
