on the South side of the Street therefore called Shug
Lane but then called Titchborne Street in the Parish of
Saint James Westmr.
Afsd. by Virtue of a certain Sease or
dernise thereof from the crown which said piece of
Ground with the messuage or Tenemt. then lately being
thereon but which had been then lately taken down &
were then lately in the Occupation of
