To His Majesty's Justices of the Peace assembled in their General
Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum, That on the 20th Day of June
last, Judith Goodwin< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace in and for the
Liberty of Westminster aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Elizabeth Monisty< no role > for profanely Swearing and Cursing
five times on the Sd twentieth Day of June
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Elizabeth
Menisty< no role > aforesaid, and in default of distress
was publickly set in the Stocks by the Space of
two whole hours

Pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this, Second Day of July Annoq; Dom. 17 19
