Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.
Memorandum, That on the 23d Day of June
last, Elizabeth Fox< no role >
was brought
before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the
Liberty of Westmr
aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Mary Maxfield< no role >
for profanely Swearing and Cursing
two times on the 22d Day of June
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Mary
Maxfield
aforesaid, and paid one Shillings for
ye use of the Poor of the parish of St Margaret
Westminster
where the Sd Offence was committed
Pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this, Second Day of July Annoq; Dom. 17 19
