Quarter Session of the Peace held for the Liberty of Westmr.
aforesaid.

Memorandum That on the 27th Day of July
last, Ann Whithurst< no role > was brought
before me one of His Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace in and for the
County & Liberty aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Johanna Pareyra for profanely Swearing and Cursing
five times on the Sd 27th Day of July
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Johanna
Pareyra< no role > aforesaid, and paid five Shillings for ye
use of the Poor of the Parish of St. Margaret Westminster
where the sd Offence was committed

pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the Said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this Seventh Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
