Memorandum, That on the fifteenth Day of July

's Justices of the Peace
in and for the
County of Liberty
aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Thomasine Wilks< no role >
for profanely Swearing [..]
two times on the sd fifteenth Day of July
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Thomasine
Wilks< no role >
aforesaid, and paid two Shillings for ye
use of the Poor of the Parish of St Margaret Westminster
where the Sd Offence was committed
Pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this, Seventh Day of October Annoq; Dom. 17 19
