Memorandum, That on the 17th Day of June

before me one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
in and for the
Liberty of Westmr
aforesaid, and charged upon the Oath of
Robert Cooper< no role >
for profanely Swearing and Cursing
five on the sd twentieth Day of June
last, and was thereof Convicted upon the Oath of Robert
Cooper aforesaid, and is default of distress was
Publickly set in the Stocks for ye space of two
Whole hours
Pursuant to the Act in that Case made and provided. All which I do
hereby Certify, according to the Directions of the said Act. Given un-
der my Hand this, Second Day of July Annoq; Dom. 17 19
