aforesaid a new lease for 17 Years to Commence from
the Expiration of his present lease and at the same clear
yearly Rent of £42.

To Charles Holder< no role > a new lease of the
Farm at Birdlines in Comberton in the County of
Cambridge for 21 years from Lady day 1763 at the
Yearly Rent of £66 and the Hospital to allow him
one years next Rent towards Repairs.

Willm. Adnett


To William Adnett< no role > a new lease of Church
Street field with the Barn and seven acre Field at
Hackney which he now holds under a lease that will expire
at Lady day 1765 for 21 Years from the Expiration of the
said Lease determinable at the end of 14 Years at the Option
of the Tenant and at the Present clear yearly Rent of £20.

John Todd


To John Todd< no role > a new lease of a House
late the Ship Alehouse and another house adjoining
situate near Gun Dock Wapping which he now Holds of
this Hospital under two Leases one of which will expire
at Michas 1765 the other at Michas 1771 the latter [..]
he is to Surrender to be Cancelled. For 21 Years from
Michas 1765 aforesaid at the clear Yearly Rent of £10.
and a Fine of £120. Vizt. £90. in consideration of the new
Lease being granted to him and £30 for the Hospital's
accepting the surrender of that Lease which would not expire
till Michas 1771 being the difference of the old and new Row
of that House for six Years and the Tenant is to put the
Premisses into Substantial Repairs under the Inspection
of Mr. Tupp our Surveyor

John Turpin


To John Turpin< no role > a Lease of a House Situp
near Gun Dock Wapping which he now Holds of this Hospl.
under a Lease Granted to William Hussey< no role > which will ex-
pire at Lady day 1767 (and which said Lease he is to delivered
up to be cancelled) for 131 Years from Lady day last at the
clear Yearly Rent of £5. and a Fine of £62 Vizt £150.in
Consideration of the new Lease being Granted and £12 the
Difference between the old and new Rent for four Years [..]
the old Lease will expire. The Tenant to put the premisses
into Substantial Repair under the Inspection of Mr. Tupp
