To William Trulock< no role > a Lease of Butt
Field at Hackney containing 3½ Acres for 21 years
from Michas 1762 at the clear Rent of £7 and a fine
of Ten Guineas

Mr. Ch. Rawlinson


To Mr. Christopher Rawlinson< no role > in consi-
deration of his having laid out several hundred Pounds
more than the One hundred Pounds he was obliged to lay
out on the Premisses at Hackney which he held of this
Hospital under a Lease for 31 years from Michas 1752
As also in Consideration of the Surrender of the said
Lease Have Granted him a new one of the said Premisses
for 41 Years from Midsr: 1762 at the old clear Rent
of £16. Pr. Annum.

We Agreed to Grant a Lease to Thomas
Newton
< no role > of a Pightle of Ground at Hackney with the
Liberty of Fixing up Rails before his house there, & the
Use of a Way out of Mare Street , who has since become
Insolvent, & the term to be Granted by the said Lease
having been taken upon an Eligit at the suit of Mr. Jno.
Bonnett
< no role > a Creditor of the said Thomas Newton. He
by his Attorney Mr. Jeremiah Bentham< no role > This name instance is in set 2192. proposed that
the said Lease should be Granted to the said Mr.
Bonnett instead of the said Thomas Newton. which
Proposal We have referred to the Consideration of
the Clerk and the said Mr. Bentham.

We have also Granted a Lease to Saml.

lately held by John Inge< no role > for 21 years from Midsr. 1762
at the clear Rent of £2 And he is to layout £40. in
Repairs under the Inspection of Our Surveyor.

Baylis Assist. to
ye. Apothecary


We have approved of Mr. Baylis to Assist
Mr. Whitfield the Apothecary (in the room of Mr. Curtis who
had Resigned that Employment) in preparing and Dis-
pensing the Medicines pursuant to the Orders and
Regulations lately made relating to the said Apothecary
And we have appointed him to that Office accordingly
