Jennix Dry< no role > Esqr . deceased having by
his Will dated the 19th. day of March 1761 given to
the Treasurer of this Hospital (together with the
Treasurers of Four other Hospitals and of the London
Workhouse) One Sixth part of his Residuary Personal
Estate for the Benefit of the said Charities On the
15th: day of June Last Mr: Treasurer received of the Exton
of the said Mr. Dry £2000. in part and on Account
of this Hospitals Share of the said Residue.

allowed £3 Pr: Ct: Etc.

We have agreed that Mr. Jupp our Sur-
veyor be for the future allowed Three Pounds Pr: Ct:
on all sums of Money laid out on Building & Re-
pairing Leases of houses belonging to this Hospital
over and above his Salary of £30 Pr: Ann he Sur-
veying the same in a proper manner. And 20 Gui
-neas as a Grauity for his Skill and Care in draw-
-ing several Plans of houses to be annexed to sundry
Leases already Granted.

Tibshelf Turnpike

We apprehending that the Turnpike
about to be erected at Tibshelf in Derbyshire will
be for the benefit of the Hospital Estates there
have Ordered that the Sum of Two hundred Pounds
be lent by this Hospital on the Security of the
said Turnpike at the rate of 4 Pr: Ct: Interest.

We have Ordered Green Staves to be
sent to the following Gentlemen as proper persons
to be Governors of this Hospital. Vizt.
