We have Granted Leases to the
following Persons, Vizt:

Henry Roberts

To Henry Roberts< no role > a building Lease
of Four old Tenements Situate in the Tents & on the South
Side of the Broad Way in St. Thomas Parish for 51 Years
from Michas 1762 at a clear Rent of £5. and and He is to Lay
out in Rebuilding the said Tenements £450 at Least.
