We have Ordered That it be a Standing rule in this Hospital The
every Steward of this Hospital for the time being do lay before the Grand
Committee their first Meeting next after every Quarterday his
to
Books of Receipts and disbursments on the Account of this Hospital
to be inspected as the Grand Committee Shall think Fit.

Since his Election been Aflicted with a deep melancholy which disabled
him from the Service of this Hospital We have Cause the Mostexact
enquiry to be Made as to his Present Condition and desired one of the
Physitions to Viset him And we apprehend there is no Probability
of his recovering his health or his Capacity.
