The Treasurers Accompt for the Year ending at Lady day
1728. which hath been duly Audited being presented to this
Court was approved and Allowed.

The Report of the Grand Committee of their Proceedings
Since the last General Court held the 17th. day of July 1728. was

We the Grand Committee appointed to manage the
Affairs of this Hospital do Report our Proceedings therein
since the General Court Held the 17th. day of July 1728 to
be as followeth Vizt.

We have Agreed with Voyce Smither to grant him a Lease
of the Windmill Alehouse in Newgate Market for 21. Years from
Christmas 1730. when the present Lease thereof will expire
At the old Yearly rent of £23. Tax free in Consideration of a
Fine of £105 And of his laying out £100. in Substantial repairs.
