Affairs of this Hospitall Doe Report Our Proceedings therein
Since The Generall Court held the 12th. Janry. 1714. to be as
follow Vizt.

Grant to Mrs.
Bird.

Wee have Agreed with Mrs. Bird our Tennant of a small
Tenement in St. Thomas's Parish to Gleane Alley The Lease whereof
Expired at Lady day 1711. To Grant her a New Lease thereof for One and
Twenty Years from the Expiracon of the said Old Lease at the Old Yearly
Rent of 44s. payable Quarterly In Consideracon of a Fine of £20. which she
was to pay within a Fortnight after the said Agreement.
