said County of Surrey upon a Lease Expireing at Michas 1713:
to Grant him a new Lease of the some prmissed for Thirty one Years
to Comence from the Expiracon of that Lease At the old Rent of
Eight pounds P Ann and usuall Covenants In Consideracon of a
Fine of Fifty pounds whereof one halfe was to be paid in three
daies and the Remainder in three months from the makeing of
the said Agreement.

from Michas-1714: at which Time the Prsent Lease Expired At the
old Rent of Eight pounds Sixteen Shillings P Ann with all usuall
and reasonable Covenants In Consideracon of a Fine of One Hundred
and Fifty pounds whereof one Hundred pounds was to be paid at the
signeing of the Contract and the remainder within one year from the
Time of the Agreement and in consideracon likewise of her pulling
downe and new Building with Brick in substantiall and workemanlife
manner the old Timber House part of the said Prmissed within three
years.

at Lady day next shall be to come in the Lease or Grant of Two
Tenement adjoyning to come of the said old Tenements now held
by Mr: Carter at the yearly Rent of Four pound payable Quarterly
Inconsideracon of a Fine of seventy Guineas whereof Thirty Guineas word paid in hand
and the Remaining Forty Guineas are to be paid at Lady day next
and he is to keep the premisses in good Repaire.
