Wee the Grand Comittee appointed for
Weanaging [..] of this Hospitall dot
Report our proceedings therein since the Generall
Court held the Four and Twentieth day of
November 1710: to be [..] followeth Vizt:

Wee have Agreed with William Smith< no role > our Tenant of a
House in the high Street in Southwarke near Pepper Alley
upon a Lease Expireing at Lady day-1713: At the Rent
of-£12: P Ann: To grant a New Lease of the same to be made
to him and Elizabeth< no role > his wife for-21: years from the
Expiracon of the said Lease At the old yearly Rent of-£12:
In consideracon of-£80: fine whereof Forty pounds was
to be paid within three [..] after the making of the contract
and the Remainder at Michas now last past.

of the Dwelling House


Whereas Thomas Sworne our Tenant of Combe
Farme in Rent hath undertaken to New Floor the Barne & the
Parlour of the dwelling house there and make a Chinmey therein
and sufficiently to repaire all the rest of the floors in the said House
Wee thereupon desired Mr: Mounts Brother to sett our such Oake
Trees in or about the said Farme not exceeding five (towards the
having thereof) as he should think propper, and also wee Agreed
to allow the said Swaine towards the Charge thereof as soon
as the same shall be done five pounds.

of the pepleasnes of the Weanner of Crofton in Orpington in
the County of Kent upon a Lease Expireing at Lady day 1713:
to Grant him a new Lease of the same prmissed for One
and Twenty years comencing from the Expiracon of
that Lease At the old Rent of Forty pounds P Ann In
Consideracon of a Fine at Four hundred pounds
whereof One Hundred pounds was to be paid down One
Hundred pounds more at Lady day 1712: One Hundred
Pounds more at Michas 1721: and One Hundred pounds
residue thereof at Lady day 1713: The Woods not to be felled
under I nor about [..] part growth nor wthout one notice And
under the Like convent & Extons as are contained in the Prsent Lease &
all usuall Covents: about follows & plowing as in other Leased of Hands
in that part of the Country.
