The Orders and proceedings of
the Last Generall Court were Read approved
and Confirmed.

The Report from the Grand Comittee
of their proceedings since the Last Generall Court
was read as followeth Vizt:

To the Right Worll: the Generall Court of St: Thomas's
Hospitall .

Wee the Grand Comittee appointed for the
Manageing the Affaires of that Hospitall do report
our proceedings therein since the Generall Court
held the 15th: December Anno Dni 1708 to be as
followeth Vizt:

Leases vizt: One
to Job & the Other
to Wilkins, at 11s:

Wee have Agreed with Mr: Anthony Job< no role > & Mr: Nathanll:
Wilkins
< no role > to Grant them a Lease or Leases of a Tenement in St: Thomas's
Parish near the Two Pumps now divided into Two houses for
one and Twenty yeares from the Expiracon of the prsent
Lease which ends at Midsumr: 1710 at the old Rent of 22s: P
Ann In Considn: of Sixty pounds Fine to be paid down in
hand.

Legacy

Wee have with the Consent of the Extors of our late
worthy President Sr: Robert Clayton< no role > and by the appro-
bacon of Sr : Lacon William Childe< no role > one of the Mars : of the
Court of Chancery made a purchase of Mrs: Eliza: Rothwell< no role >
of a Farme called Clay Tie in the Parish of Great Warley
in Essex now Lett at One Hundred pounds P Ann with
part of the Legacie left to this Hospitall by the said
Sr: Robert Clayton< no role > and the said Farme wth: the Rent thereof
from Lady Day Last hath been setled to thense of this
Hospitall according to the Direccons of the said Sr: Robert
Clayton
< no role > 's Will whereby he appointed amongst other thing
that the Statue wth: the Governors of this Hospitall have
generously Sett up for him should be prserved from any
Spoyle or Hurt save only by Time And wee have Caused
a Survey or Mapp to be made of the said Farme with the
Abuttalls and Boundaries thereof to be kept among the
Surveys of Lands Belonging to this Hospitall.
