Hundred pounds is to be paid at Xtmas next and
the remainder at Xtmas One Thousand Seaven

Wee have Agreed with Mr. Joseph Webster< no role >
to grant him a Lease of a Tenement in St:
Thomas's Parish called the London Bridge Ale House
for One & Twenty Yeares from Midsomer One
Thousand Seaven Hundred & Eleaven at which
Time the present Lease expires at Three pounds
Six Shill: P Ann Rent In Consideracon of a Fine
of Sixty pounds to be paid within a Month.

Barttelott

our Tennant of severall Houses in the Front
of this Hospitall next the High Street that for
the better Enabling the Governors to Make a
New Gate Way or passage out of the high
Street into the Middle of the First Court in
this Hospitall (when the Governors shall think it
propper to make that Alteracon) The Hospitall
shall become Tennant to the said Mr: Roane for
One of the said Houses (now in the possion of Mr:
Vernon Salesman) from Xtmas next for all the
remainder of the Terme which shall be then to
some in his Lease from the Hospitall; at the
Rent of Thirty pounds P Annu And Wee have
Agreed that the said Mr. Barttelott may allow the
