said Mr: Vernon Thirty pounds for severall Goods or Things
belonging to or sett up by him which he is to leave in the said
House And in Case the said House shall not be pulled
downe for the Making of a New Gate Way the Losse which
may happen upon the said Goods is to be wholly borne
by the Hospitall but if it shall be pulled downe then
the Losse is to be sustained equally between the
Hospitall and the said Mr. Roane.

Legacy.


And Wee are to acquaint this Court that Dr:
Tyson late Physician to Bridewell & Bethlem
Hospitalls has left a Legacy of Fifty pounds P Ann
(being an Anuity for Ninety Nine Yeares issueing out
of the Exchequer to be paid for Two Yeares next after
his Death to Bethlem Hospitall Then for One Yeare
to St: Bartholomews Hospitall for the next Yeare to
St: Thomas's Hospitall and the next yeare to Christs
Hospitall and so in a circle to the said severall
Hospitalls during the Continuance of the sd: Anuity-
And that Doctor Moreton his Extor has Assigned
the same to the President and Trear and severall
of the Governors of Bridewell & Bethlem
Hospitalls In Trust to pay and dispose of the same
in manner aforesaid

Eight Stewards
to be Chosen to provide
Dinners for Generall
Courts in Equall
preporcons.


Wee having severall Times observed that great
Objeccons have been made amongst the Governors
of this Hospitall against the Custom whereby such as
are dignified when chosen Stewards to provide
Dinners for Generall Courts are required to contribute
a double share to the Charge of such Dinners And it
being the Custome in other Hospitalls for the Stewards
