Fourteenth of October and the Eighteenth of December One Thousand
Seaven Hundred and Two under the Aediconall Rent of light pounds P Ann
and to be granted in the same Lease with those other Vaults he is to have
the Use of the Way Leadeing in the [..] Vault under the Porters Lodge till
Michaelmas One Thousand Seaven Hundred and Five and then a Way
is to be made at out Charge at the West End of this Vault into the Vault
now in Mr: Violetts Possession lyeing on the Southside of the said First Court
of this Hospll. and the Way under the Porters Lodge is from thence forth to
be Stopp'd up And in regard of the Damage the said Mr: Hester Complaines
he has received in his Cyles lyeing in the said North Vault by the Raine
Soakeing through there before the same was Covered over and for that
the Crosse Vault hath been wholly uselesse to him ever since he tooke
it Wee have Ordered that Fifteen pounds being One halfe of the Rent
due from him at Lady day last should be remitted The Lease of all the
said Vaults is to Comence from Lady day last

Whereas upon the peticon of Mr: James Comber< no role > out Tennant
of severall New Built Houses in Blackman Street presented to this Court the
Ninth day of October One Thousand Seaven Hundred and Two Complaineing
that the Ground taken of this Hospitall on which those houses are Built Did
not Answer the Dimencons Expressed in the Bill or Advertisement Sett up for
the Letting thereof It was Ordered that upon his paying the Remainder of
his Fine and the Arreares of Rent Wee should Examine the Facts of his Peticon
and report the same with our Opinion to this Court We humbly Certifye that
he has paid all his Fine with the Arreares of Rent till Michaelmas last
And that wee have Veiwed and Admeasured the Ground which as Lett
by this Hospitall for Sixty One Yeares from Michaelmas One Thousand
Six Hundred Ninety and Nine to One Mr: William Stevens< no role > In Trust for
the said Mr: Comber And find that the same Containes in Front no more
then One Hundred and Eleaven Foot and in the Reare but Ninety Two
Foot. And wee alsoe find that a Bill or Advertisement for Letting the said
Ground was Sett up over the Hospitall Gate and another upon the said Ground
Wherein the Dimencons in Front were Expressed to be One Hundred and
Eighteen Foot and in Reare One Hundred and Fourteen Foot Soe that
the same really wants of those Dimencons Seaven Foot in Front and Two
and Twenty Foot in Reare by the whole Depth of One hundred and
Sixty
