Lease wherein were Ten yeares and a quarter to Come at Michas 1705
having represented to us that One of
thethose Houses is very Ruinous and
in Decay and Wants to be Rebuilt, and proposeing to Surrender the Old
Lease and to pay One Hundred pounds Fine before Xtmas next and to lay
out Eight hundred pounds in building of a new Brick House on part
of the prmisses within Three Yeares soe as he may have a Lease for
Sixty One yeares from Lady day next at the Old Ground Rent of
Eight pounds P Ann, And wee having Viewed the sd. Houses &
duely Considered his proposall are humbly of Opinion that the same
is reasonable to be Complyed wth, and recomend the same accordingly
to this Court.

Alley and the Maze. pond containing about One Hundred & Thirty
One Foot in length, and about Five & Twenty Foot in breadth Exclusive
of the Intended Street which is designed to be about Eighteen Foot
broad for Fifty One Yeares from Lady day next At Eight pounds
Sixteen shillings P Ann. He is to take down the Old Buildings and
Sett out the Street in such manner as shall be directed by the Governr
before Michas next and to lay out £300 in Building of three
or more new Brick Houses upon the sd. Ground within Two yeares
after Lady day next the Timber to be of good Scantlings, He is to have
the Old Buildings to his own Use.

to be One of the Surgeons
for Cutting for the Stone.

having Petitioned this Comittee to
be Recomended to the Genl. Court to be Appointed One of the Surgeons
for Cutting of the Stone in the roome of Mr. Pepper Decd. And Mr.
Ferne one of our Surgeons having requested that he may be recomended
to that Service and Wee having Considered the Case and Advised
with the Doctors and the other Surgeons about the same are humbly
of Opinion that it will be for the Service of the Hospll: to have Two
Surgeons imployed in that Operacon and Wee conceive it may prevent
severall Inconveniencyes to have One of the Surgeons belonging to
this House Joyned with Mr. Rydoubt in that Operacon rather
than a Stranger And therefore humbly recomend the said Mr.
Ferne to this Court as a Fitt person to be Admitted to that
Service.
