Att the Request of Mr: Chambers and Broomhead his Partner Wee
have Ordered that the Leased lately Agreed to be granted them of a House in Pater
Hoster Rowe for Thirteen Years from Michaellmas One Thousand Seaven Hundred
and Two be made for One and Twenty Yeares being Lett at the Full Improved
Rent without any Fine

Wee have Agreed with Edward Langham< no role > our Tennant of an Old House
in St: Thomas's at the Corner of Three Herring Court in Consideracon of the
Surrender of his Old Lease which Expired at Christmas One Thousand Seaven
Hundred and Three for a New Lease for One and Fifty Yeares from Lady day
One Thousand Seaven Hundred and Two at the Old Yearly Rent of Four &
Forty Shillings in Consideracon of a Fine of Tenn Pounds in hand paid and
One Hundred pounds to be laid out in Building of a New Brick House in the
Roome thereof (Excepting over the Gateway which he is at Liberty of build
with Timber) before Christmas One Thousand Seaven Hundred and Foure and to
have Two made Stepps out of the Street and to be Vinforme as neare as may
be with the House adjoyneing Westwards Intended to be New built by Mr: Jennings

Wee have Agreed with Edward Leggatt< no role > our Tennant of a House in Sr. Thomas's
in Shoemakers Rowe now in Mr: Cockhaynes Possession for a New Lease for Ten Years
from Midsomer One Thousand Seaven Hundred and Six at which time the Old
Lease Expires At the Old Rent of Two Pounds Four Shillings P Ann: In Consideracon
of a Fine of Twenty One pounds Ten Shillings to be paid in hand and of the Losse of some part of the
back Ground which was laid into the Hospitall on the Rebuilding and of the Charge he is
to be at in repaires

Sister of Jobs Ward
Dissmissed.


At Appeareing that the Sister of Jobs Ward for sometime past hath Given an
Account to the Steward of more patients in her Ward then were really in her
Ward by which meanes in some Week She received the Allowance of the house
in Money Bread and Beer for Six or Seaven or more patients then were really
under her Care and She not Appeareing here to Offer any Thing in her Excuse
Wee have Wholly Discharged and Dismissed her from the service of this House
And Ordered her to be prosecuted for her said Offence

Dissection shall be
without Trears Consent}


And it Appeareing to us That some of the Surgeons Young Men have
lately taken upon them to Open and Dissect some of the Dead Bodyes of the
Patients Dyeing in this house And an Order of the Generall Court of the
Two and Twentieth of December One Thousand Six Hundred and Seaventy
made against Dismembring Dead Bodyes being read and Considered
Wee have Ordered for the future that noe young Man or Apprentice
belonging to any of the Surgeons of this House shall Prsume to Open Dissect
or Dismember any of the Dead patients in this Hospitall And that none
of the Doctors or Surgeons belonging to this Hospitall Shall Open Dissect
or Dismember any such Dead Body without first Acquainting Mr: Trear
therewith and haveing his Consent to the same
