That the said Doctor and Surgeon at a
Comittee the tenth Instant presented to us a peticon
wherein they acknowledge with great Concerne that in the
prosecucon of this Affaire they have given just Occasion for the
Oensure of this Comittee upon them and for the Reasons
therein contained pray to be Restored, But wee haveing
at the former Comittee resolved to submitt this Matter to a
Generall Court came then to no other Resolutions upon the
said Peticon but that the same should be laid before this Court
together with our proceedings And wee have Ordered the
same to be laid before this Court accordingly.

17 March 1702.

humbly submitt to the Grave Judgemt:
and Consideracon of this Court.

After the reading of which Report and of the
Minutes of the proceedings of the said Comittee together
with the severall papers and the petition of the said Doctor
Torlesse an Mr: Thomas Elton< no role > to the said Comittee menconed
and referred to in the said Report and hearing them personally
touching the Matters for which they stand suspended

This Court was of Opinion and did resolve and
declare That the said Comittee had just Grounds to suspend
the said Doctr. Torlesse and Mr. Elton for the Matters menconed
in the said Report And Ordered that the Thanks of this
Court be Returned to the said Comittee and Mr. Treasurer
for their Great Care and paines in relacon to that Affaire.
