excused by this Court from further attending on the said Comittee being two
of the persons chosen that Day upon the said Comittee.

Comittee's power

And it is Ordered by this Court That the rest of the
Members of the former Comittee with the said Sr : Samuell Moyer< no role >
and the other persons now chosen as aforesaid or any seaven of them be
a Comittee for manageing the affaires of this Hospitall in the Interwall
of Generall Courts for one year from this Day and untill the next
Generall Court after that time And that they have the same powers
which were granted to th former Comittee And alsoe power to make any
Alteracons in or Addicons to the Fronts or other parts of any of the New buildings
in this Hospitall for making the same more Uniforme and Ornamentall
And alsoe to Remove or change the place appointed or used for the Surgery
or any other of the present Offices or Appartments for the Officers or Servants
of this House to any other places which they shall judge more propper or
convenient, And all Matters referred to the former Comittee and not yet
determined are Referred to this Comittee.

And it is hereby Declared to be a standing Order of this Court
That the president and Trear be of all Comittees appointed or to be appointed
for the manageing of the afaires of this Hospitall.
