And in obedience to the orders of this Court in this behalfe Wee do think fitt that
Doctr. Torlesse bee presented with Twenty Guineys for his extraordinary pains untill
Midsomer last and that the three Surgeons have Fifteene Guineys a peice for
their extraordinary pains to the same time And that Twenty Guineys bee paid
to the Apothecary for his extraordinary attendance and medicines to that time
And wee do humbly propose That Thirty pounds P Ann bee paid him by way of
Augmentacon to his Salary from Midsomer last so long as the Presant Warr
continued in regard of the dearnes of Some sort of druggs and the great number
of out patients And that Twenty pounds bee paid to the Clerke to buy him a
Peice of Place for his extraordinary pains by reason of the new building.

Woods att Orpington for the Sum of Fower score and Six Pounds And Six pounds And wee hart
lett one are of the Comon att Tibshelfe for the Sum of Eight pounds for digging
of Iron Stone to Mr Samuel Wild< no role > And have allowed one and twenty trees out
of Labbspring to our Tenants there for repaires and building as has [..]

ordered that the same bee entered amongst the arts of this Court and observed
in all thinks according to the true intent and meaning thereof.

The Accompts of Mr. Treasurer of this Hospitals for the yeare ending
Michmas last having his Audited by the Auditors thereunto appointed was
declared to and approved by this Court

Resolved upon the question that there bee another Phisitian to assist
Doctr. Torlesse the Present Sold Phisitian to this Hospitall in prescribring to
and taking care of the Patients in this Hospitall And after the Court ordered
that Doctr . Caleb Totesworth< no role > bee the person to assist as aforesaid during
the Pleasure of this Court And that hee bee allowed a Salary of Twenty
pounds P Ann from Michmas next for that Service.

The Court doth nominate Mr: Waddox Mr. Deputy Pooly Mr. Daniel Dorville< no role >
Mr. Cole Mr. Cudden Mr. Gracedue Mr. Davis and Mr. Brownsmith Auditors to
Joyne with the Fower standing Auditors for Auditing the Accompts of
Mr. Treasurer for the yeare ending Michmas next.
