then in Court gave them his hearty thanks for their good
Opinion of him but withall desired to be excused thereof
by reason his health and often absence in the Country
would not allow him time for that service which Excuse
being granted The Court proceded to a new Election out
of the forenamed other Governours and the Majority of
votes fell upon the said Mr. Depty Eyre who was declared
Treasurer of this Hospital
