And after the reading and confirmacon of the
Orders and business of the last Court It was Ordered

Upon Reading the Peticon of Mr:

Apothecary
praying payment and Sattisfaccon for Druggs Medicines &
Service used for and applied to the Patients of this House for
the time he exercised the place of Apothecary
of the house
and after long debate thereupon and the opinion of the Comittee It is
ordered that the sum of One hundred and Twenty pounds bee paid
unto him in satisfaccon of his said demand and which he accepted
accordingly.

It is ordered by this Court according to the report of the Grand
Comittee That a Lease bee made to

of two old houses in and
neare the Tents and two pumps in the parish of St. Thomas in
Southwarke
(one of which was lett by Leare to

and the
other to
John Reeve< no role >
deed by Leases now expired) for the terme of
Fifteene yeares from Michmas last all the old rents of Five
pounds and Ten Shillings for both houses and for a fine of Three and
Twenty pounds to bee forthwith paid And the reason the Court Lett
them for no longer time is because they are old houses and fitt to bee
new built but can't conveniently bee done till the expiracon of
