And that a Lease bee made to Ann Welding our Tenant of a
Tenement in Newgate markett London of the said Tenement
together with the roome formerly divided from the said tenement
and laid into an adjoyning house late of Sr . William Gosling< no role > brot
now remited to the said Tenement in the tenure of the said
Ann Welding< no role > for the terme of One and Twenty yeares from
Lady day 1693 All the rent of Three and Twenty pounds P ann
which is Three pounds increase of rent for the said readded
roome

And whereas there was lastly a Lease graunted to John Camden< no role >
of a Tenement in Newgate to markett London for the terme of one and
Twenty yeares from Lady day One Thousand Six hundred Ninety
one at the rent of Fower and Twenty pounds P annum Wee
have now thought fitt that the said John Camden< no role > shall have and
enjoy the roome formerly divided from the said Tenement and laid
into an adjoyning house late of Sr. William Gosling< no role > but now
remuted to the said Tenement in the tenure of the said John
Camden
< no role > and to bee inserted in the said Lease and that hee in
consideracon thereof do pay the further rent of Forty Shillings
P ann from Lady day 1693 so that now the rent for the said
house reserved on the said Lease is Six and Twenty pounds P

Weaver of London of an ancient Tenement in St. Thomas parish
Southwarke knowne by the signe of the Crispiana for the terme
of one and Twenty yeares from Christmas One Thousand Six
hundred Ninety and Six (when the present Lease expires) att
the old rent of Six pounds and Twelve shillings P ann and for a
Fine of Six and Fifty pounds the one half to bee paid in hand
and the other half before Midsomer One Thousand Six hundred
Ninety and three

St Thomas parish Southwarke which expires att Christmas One

Tenement and in the room and Stead thereof new building one
buck Tenement with cowoement Scatlings for Timber and
thicknes of walls and making the Coller floore with Oaken
