And after the reading and confirmacon of the
orders and busines of the last Court it was
ordered as follows Vizt.

Governours


Severall new Governours of this Hospitall had the charges for the
Governours of this house read to them and Coppies thereof delivered to each of
them in open Court.

Joseph Shewens Graunt


It is ordered by this Court according to the report of the Comittee That a
Lease be made to [..] Joseph Shewen< no role > of a messuage and Garden that he dwells
in and a small Tenement adjoyning in St. Mary Magdalen Bermondsey
parish in the County of Surrey part of the Devise of Mr. John Wright< no role > late
deceased for the terme of One and Twenty yeares from Midsomer 1697
when the present Lease expired at the old rent of Fifteene pound P annum
and for a fine of £4.10s. paid in hand and with like Covenants as in the
said Lease in being.

And its also ordered according to the report of the said Comittee That a
Lease be made to Samuel Warburton< no role > of severall Tenements in St. Thomas
parish Southwarke for the terme of one and Forty yeares from Christmas
next at the old rent of Three pounds and Six shillings and for a fine
of Ten pounds and surrendring the old Lease made to (Willm. Cooper
