that instead of the Grant of the Lease ordered at
the last Committee to the said Mr.Merriman of the two
Houses on Crutcher Trepass a r be granted to the said
Mr Merman of the House No. 55 with the Yard and
Workshops behind the same and behind the House No. 52
adjoining thereto so far as he now occupies the same at the
lent of £25 per Annum clear of the Land tax and all other
Taxes and vert going and to the said Mr William Rose< no role > a
Lease of the said Hear No. 52 with the remaining Ground
behind the same at the End of £23 clear of the Land Tax
and all other Taxes both Leases to commence from Lady Day
last the Tenants to upon to the Apprentices of the Surveyor
and to Insure cach at £300

To grant & Lease to Messrs. Clowes Newberry and Maddox
Brewers, of the Flying Horse Public House in Blackman Street
Southwark with a part of the Back premises to be added thereto,
now on Lease with other Houses in the same Street to Inst. Lamb
which with expire at Lady day next, for a Term of 21 years
from that time at a Rent of £42. for the first seven
years and £45 for the Remainder of the Seem the Lessees to
have liberty of determining such Lease at the expiration of the
first Seven years upon giving Six Months Previous Notice in
