Under the Consideration of the means for consigning of
the Red if may be proper to take to the Governors the following
Circumstances

It appears that the Inhabitants of the parish have serve
for a Serve of Year in the towards house, not wrong to the

So that endorse of the Land Tax, the prostitute Taxes
which the Tenant were pay servant to 676 in the pounds
on the Rent Rent.

There are great Complaints among the Tenants of the dividing
of the loud Trade and other Circumstance of disadvantage
which, with the present annual burttens of temporary Taxes
all together seen to make's difficult to determine what
alteration an take place in the Rental so as to satisfy
the just expectation of the Hospital without destressing the
Tenantry

It is not easy to ascertain the expective advantages which
the Premises have served from these Improvements which have
