that the Colliery be not let to any person who has a concern in
way other near Collary

The Singh a Lease lately made by the Hospitall appears light
usefull and necessary and has been executed with great Increase by
which the Colliery is in a Corraition to do carried on and we have
recommended it to an Agent Mr Chambers to take measures for
cartineing the management of it, till he can next a proper
person to undertake it.

Agreably to a late intimation in the Grand Committee we
informed the Tenants that each of them as were deseious of Leases
wright have them a Application, and as agreed to allow Bales and
Brown who were old Tenants (which before had been hath'd of in
consiquence of Mr. Chamber's Letter) a sum not exceeding
Two shillings and Six Pence a week to each of them
