Agreed

That the same be reported to a General Court to be caused for
the spiral propose of taking the said Applications into
Consideration on such day at the Procestreat and Treasurer on
either of them Still appoint

The Treasurer laid before the Committee an Agreement
intered into by Mr. Transfer on belief if the Hospital Adgert to
the approbation of the Committee with Mr Joseph Tepall Freeman< no role >
of the Parish of Destigten on the County of Berks to grant [..]
Lease to the said Mr Tyrell of the farm at present in their
Occupation of a Mr Heathwheate at Milton on the County
of Berks for a Term of 14 Years from Michaelmas 1800
when the present Lease will expire at the Yearly Rent of
£120 older of the Land tax and all other Taxes and
Outgoings except the And rent of £110 per annum which
is to be paid by the Hospital which is an Advance of about
£71 for Annum upon the present Cent At Tyrell to put
the Buildings and other the Promises into good to poor to the
Satisfaction of Mr Fainper being allowed sufficient rough
Timber on the Stairs for the Repairs to be present upon the promises
Mr. Teprell fonding all Materials and Labor and keeping and
leaving same in repair Also paying the expence of execuing and
Subject to all other the Covenants usual in the Leases of the
Hospital Farms.

That the above Agreement is approved and confined
and a Lease is ordered to be granted to the above Mr
Tyrrall of the said Farm upon the Term of the said
Agreement

To grant a Leases to Mr. William Park< no role > of a House
Leadenhall Street & No. 135 late in Lease to Robert Wilkins< no role >
which was expire at Lady day next for a Term of 21 Years
from that time at a Rent of £32 clever of the Land
Tax and all other Taxes and Out goings which is an
Advance of £12 per annum upon the present rent the
Tenant to repair and keep and Leave in repair and to insume
at Loar
