by the directors of the London [..] Assurance office for the
premises parting the bottom of Sr. Thomas Hospital firmerly in
Sease to Mr. Stingand lately in the Occupation of
Smith for the propose of erecting thereon an Engine House
with a Habitation for a Foreman to work upon the premises
