with the Appurtenances at Buttyhill Rochester in her our occupation
for a term of 21 years from Michaelmas next at a rent of £12 for
Annum clear at the Landtax and all other taxes and Cut [..] ings Mrs
Gorden surrendering her present Lease (of which about 7 years are
unexpired) and agreeing that the several fixtures which are the property
of Mrs. Gorden and mumerates by Mr. Dugleby (who was employed by
the Hospital to survey the premises) in his Survey shall do [..]
