The Treasuere [..] assured to the Committee him
pursuanse in export of new arrangement of the Hospital Estate
of Great Parndon which the alternative which have takens place thereon
in Conveyance of the Around of the Commensences unter the Act of
Parliament for during and in doing the Commers and Common
fodd Lands in Great Parndon have undered necessaryHe stated
that at a Grand Committe held the 7th. Day 1783 a Lease
agreed to be granted to Thomas Brewitt< no role > of the Church Farm part
of the above Estate for 21 years from Michaelmas 1783 at a yearly
Rent of £105 dear of all taxes Mr Brewitt to expence £200 at
least an reports withen the first two Years of the turn and [..] in all other
respects at his own expence to put the buildings into substantial
