of Hastingligh and Aldelon in Hastingleigh and Wye and
she Underwoods thereof put of the abar state at present held by him under a Lease
which will expire at Michaelmas 1797 at a Rent of £100
per Annum clear of the Landtax and all other taxes

Annum clear of the Landtan and all other taxes and outgoings
Mr. Kidder putting the Buildings and fences into repair to the
satisfaction of the Hospital Agent and keeping the same in
repair desiring the Term being allowed rough Timber by the
Hospital and insuring and keeping the same insured during the
Term and upon other the Terms contained in Mr. Kidder's put not Lease

to 6s. pday


That on account of the advanced price of Provisions
six pence per day be in future received for each Parish Patient
instead of the present Payment of four pence per day

That the Burial fees be increased from 13s. to

Mr. Treasure laid before the Committee a Letter
from Mr. Chambers the Hospital Derbyshire Agent stating the
Circumstances of the Colliery at Tibshelf and proposing the
making a Lough or drain the expence whereof the stated would
be £1089: 12: as wickout some she of the kind being done the
Colliery must lease
