The Committee took into Consideration Mr. Poynder's
duration him his Agreement with the Committee in building in St.
Thomas Street then doutes instead of two Mr. Poynder and Mr.
Jupp the Hospital Surveyor attending the Committee and Mr Poysder
assuring the Committee that the alteration was with the knowledge
and approbation of Mrs. Jupp

That a is the Opinion of the Committee that Mr Poynder has
[..] ted improperly in making any alteration in the Plan agrees on without
the unsent of the Committee and that the Surveyor to acquainted that
he is not to make any alterations in the resolutions of the Committee
without the Committee's knowledge and apprebation but that as the
houses are built the Lease be granted to Mr. Poynder of the three houses
instead of the two as orginally ordered

To grant a Lease to Mr John Howell< no role > Tenant of the two houses
in the Borough high Street adjoining the North side of the Hospital
Gateway (held by him under a Lease granted to Messrs. Landner and
Baratty which will expire at Lady day 1798 at a kent of £90 per
Annum clear of the Land tax and all other taxes) for a term of 21 years
from the expiration of such Lease at a rent of £120 per Annum clear
at the Landham and all other taxes and Outgoings Mr. Howell to keep
and leave the premises in repair and insuring as the June of £1000.

Mr. Treasurer laid before the Committee Letters he had received
from Mr. Chambers the Hospital Derbyshire Agent respecting the making
a Sough for draining the Collieries and the more of letting the Coal upon the
Hospital Estate

The Treasurer reported that he had disbursed a considerall
Sum on the Hospital Account beyond his remits
