departed this life the 11th day of this instant

The Committee are of Opinion that
His for the benefit of the Hospital to have another
President forthwith chosen and therefore appoint
that a General Court be summoned for that purpose
to be held on Wednesday the 27th. instt: and that
summons be sent out accordingly
