The Minutes of the last Grand Committee
held the 19th Februy: last were read & confirmed

Agreed with Mr Edwd: Davis< no role > to grant
him a Lease of the House he now lives in & the
House in the Possession of John Bishop< no role > in
St Thomas's Parish for 7 years from Lady day
next if he shall so long live at the yearly Rent
of 40 pounds and in consideration of the
Tenants having the Utensils belonging to the
Trade & Shop of Bishops House he is to
leave his own Cistern wth. Pipes Etc now in
his House at the end of the Lease & the same
are to be scheduled the Lease to contain Cover-
nants as usual

Mr Steer the Surveyor to this Hospital
having now laid before this Committee several
Plans for Rebuilding the Houses in Pater:

& the five Houses behind them in Mermaid
Court

Resolved that his the Opinion of
this Committee that the sd: Houses be forthwith
pull'd down in order to be rebuilt & that Mr Steer
do give Directions to the Workmen for that
purpose
