tee held the 6th Decemr last were read & confirmed

Agreed at the request of Edward Camp< no role >
to Grant a Lease to his Son in Law John
Surrett< no role > of Failfers Farm at Parndon for
the Remainder of the Term & at the like rent
as was Agreed to be Granted by at Lease to the
said Edward Camp< no role > in the year 1737 which
Lease has not been yet Executed

Agreed to Grant a Lease to Mr John
Fowler< no role > of his dwelling House fine St. Thomas
Parish which he now holds of this Hospital
for 21 years to Commence at Christmas 1745
at the yearly rent of £7 clear of Taxes a Fine
of 20 Guins: the Tenant to put the Premisses
into good Repair & the Lease to contain usual
Cownants
