Jenkinsons on Surrender


Agreed to accept a Surrender from
Mr Jenkinson Execur: of Thos: Bruce< no role > of a
Lease of & Three Houses in the Old Change
on the said Jenkinson giving a note of his hand
to Mr Treasurer for the Ballance of the
Arrears that will be due at Lady day next
payable out of the first money that comes
into his hands out of his Testator's Estate

of the 2 Pumps Alehouse now in his possession
for 7 years from Christmas last at £8 P Ann
clear Rent The Tenant to put the House
into Tenantable Repair & the Hospital to

to be Elected Porter in the room of the said

drawn were severally put in Nomination & the
Majority falling in John Eynon & Joseph

He was accordingly Elected Porter in therein
of the sd: Thos: Jennings< no role > deced desiring the Pleasure
of the Grand Committee & was calld in & acquainted
wth. his Elected.
