The Minutes of the last Grand Committee
held the 4th Septemr 1744 last were read & confirmed
Grant to Willm.

Mr Treasurer acquainted the Committee that
pursuant to the orders of the Committees held the 5th
of June last & the 4th instant he had agreed wth. Mr
Willm: Trehearn< no role >
to grant him a Building Lease
of the House now held by the Widow Bailey under
a Lease which Expires at Christmas 1745 & of 4
others next adjoyning being part of 8 Tenements
now held by John Myott under a Lease which expire
at Lady day 1745. To hold for 51 years from Xmas
1744 (the present Leases being agreed to be surrenderd
at £6 P Ann clear Rent & £21 Fine, Mr Trehanen
to lay out £300 in New Buildings. The Lease
to contain usual Covenants
Surrender of Lease
in the Old Baily
Gave a Guinea to the Poors Box
Mr Treasurer likewise acquainted the Committee
that the several Leases of the Houses in the Old
Baily which by the Minutes of the last Committee
he was desired to recover had been surrender'd
Ordered Certificates to Mr Sherman
