The Minutes of the last Grand Commit
tee held the 11th Decemr: last were read &
confirmed

Mr Treasurer Reported to the
Committee that pursuant to the Order of the
last Committee he had agreed with Mr
George Thawyer< no role > to grant him a Lease of
his house for 7 years from Xmas last
at £60 P Ann Rent the Hospital to
pay Land Tax & put the premisses into
Repair & Mr Thawyer to be allowed the
difference of the present rent from the former
rent from Midsummer last

Also that he had left the House in
St. Thomas Street over agt. the Back Gate
of the Hospital late in occupation of Willm:
Wilson< no role > to Thos: Lambert< no role > at 12 P Ann from
Lady day next & also the House the Corner
of the New Way in St Thos. late in the occupa
tion of Edwd: Badcock< no role > to Willm. Shott< no role > at
£16 clear Rent from Christmas last both
as Tenants at Will

Also that he had accepted a Surrender
from Wm. Knowles< no role > of the Lease of the 5
Row but that his Circumstances being very
Low he is of Opinion the Arrears will be
Lost.
