withstanding the Governors known back wardness
to enter into a Dispute wth: Sr

or any other Gentleman) as the Hospital Tenants
have been in Possession of the Fishery time
Immemorial Exclusive of any other person what
so ever the Committee is determined to maintain
& defend their right thereto

to dig Gravel for Sale out of the piece of Ground
called the Bare as they shall see fit
