held the 24th April last were read & confirmed

Durdant Complaining of his Tenants being
interrupted in fishing within the Mannors of Hare:

Ordered that the Clerk do write a
Letter to Mr Moreton Informing him that (not
withstanding the Governors known back wardness
to enter into a Dispute wth: Sr Roger Newdigate
or any other Gentleman) as the Hospital Tenants
have been in Possession of the Fishery time
Immemorial Exclusive of any other person what
so ever the Committee is determined to maintain
& defend their right thereto

Mr. Reynolds acquinting the Committee
that Mr Christopher Rawlinson< no role > had agreed to take
the remainder of the Land at Hackney late in the
occupation of Saml: Keep< no role > for 5 years & a Quarter
from Elmas next at £12 P Ann rent clear of Taxes
the Tenant to level the Gravel Pit Field & if the
Gravel dug out of it shou'd produce more than the
charges of levetting, the Hospital is to have the
Surplus & a liberty to be reserved to the Hospital
to dig Gravel for Sale out of the piece of Ground
called the Bare as they shall see fit
