held 20th June last were read & confirmed

Ordered that the £5000 Old South Sea
Annuity Stock & £5000 Three per Cent Annuity
for the year 1743 now standing in the names of
Sr John Eyles< no role > Bart the late President &
Saml: Lessingham< no role > Esqr the Treasurer & the
90:12:6 S. Sea Trading Stock 421.17.6 New
S. Sea Annuity's & £300 Old S. S. Annuity's
belonging to Mrs Fosters Trust also standing in
their Names be Transferred into the names of
our now President Sr . Robt: Baylis< no role > Knt & the
said Saml: Lesingham< no role > , Esqr

Ordered that it be referred to Mr Trea:
:surer, to give Directions for the Repairs of the
Farms at Sabridgworth in Hertfordshire
devised by Mrs Palmer to this Hospl: in Trust
for the purposes in her Will
