The Minutes of the last Grand Commee
held the 13th. April inst. were read & confirmed

Mr Treasurer acquainted the Commit-
tee that Wm. Atkins< no role > the Hospital Tenant
at Cole Harbour near Hackney was gone off
above three years in Arrear for Rent & had
remov'd all or most of his Goods & Mr. Robt.
Penn< no role > , the Mortgagee of the Lease Attending

Ordered That it be left to Mr
Treasurer to make such Terms with the
said Mr. Penn as he shall think fit and
if Necessary that proper methods be taken
for the Recovery of the Arrears of the said
Rent & the Possession of the premisses
