Grant him a Lease of the House & Garden
at Cole Harbour late in the Possession of
Wm: Atkins< no role > for 21 Years from Christmas
next at £16 P Ann Rent clear of Taxes wth:
usuall Covenants particularly a Covenant
for restraining him from making or allowing
any way through the Ground to avoid the
Turnpike & from digging Clay or Gravel

continue in the House till Michaelmas next
