held the 4th. Augt. last were read & confirmed

Comittee & propos'd to take a Lease of Dr
Plumptris House in Bow Lane & the other
two adjoyning to it for 51 years from Christmas
next at £20 P Ann Rent to pay a Fine of
£150 & to layout 4 or £500 in Building
a Sugar House & making other Repair son
